Welcome to our website and thank you for stopping by! We hope you enjoy your visit with us and take a few moments to learn about our group and what we have to offer.
The Women's Connection of Northern N.J. is dedicated to serving women of all ages and walks of life. We host brunch events every other month on the "evens." These events include feature presentations of interesting topics, local talent and a motivational speaker to "jump start" your day!
As our name suggests, our organization is for all women in the Northern New Jersey area. Our events are catered by The Grove at the Randoph Diner, conveniently located on NJ-Route 10 in Randolph with easy access on and off Interstate 80.

We are affiliated with Stonecroft Ministries, Inc., a non-denominational outreach organization. Stonecroft maintains over 1,100 groups like ours in the USA, and is actively involved in over 60 countries globally. Check out our photo album! These lovely pictures were taken at our venue, The Villa at Mountain Lakes, during our "Secrets of a Master Chef" brunch. Executive Chef Joanna DeFrancesco was invited to divulge her tips and tricks in the kitchen, speaker Gina Lang taught us how to "wade successfully through the waves of life," and our new Chairperson Victoria was introduced. It was a fun day for everyone.
