Welcome to our website and thank you for stopping by! We hope you enjoy your visit with us and take a few moments to learn about our group and what we have to offer.
The Women's Connection of Northern N.J. is dedicated to serving women of all ages and walks of life. We host bi-monthly brunch events which feature presentations of interesting topics, local talent and a motivational speaker to "jump start" your day!
As our name suggests, our organization is for all women in the Northern New Jersey area. Our events are catered by The Villa at Mountain Lakes, conveniently located on NJ-Route 46 with easy access on and off Interstate 80.
We are affiliated with Stonecroft Ministries, Inc., a non-denominational outreach organization. Stonecroft maintains over 1,100 groups like ours in the USA, and is actively involved in over 60 countries globally. For more information about our parent organization, visit them at their website, www.stonecroft.org
To find out more about our upcoming brunch events, visit our EVENTS section of this website. We look forward to seeing you!
This month's Featured Business Partner is NEHEMIAH VISIONS MINISTRIES. Located just 12 miles north east of Port-au-Prince, Haiti, Nehemiah Vision Ministries (NVM) is a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit organization that ministers to people living in the communities of Chambrun and Onaville along with smaller villages within a ten-mile radius of our 18-acre ministry campus. Once estimated to be one of the richest colonies in the Western Hemisphere, Haiti is now listed as one of the world’s poorest countries. We minister to the people of the cities that grew up surrounding Port-au-Prince due to the January 2010 7.0 magnitude earthquake that hit Port-au-Prince
Our August 18, 2010, Teacher Appreciation brunch was featured on the front page of the Morris County Daily Record. To read the article, go to our "In the News" tab at the top of this page. To see photos from our 2012 Award brunch, take a look at our new photo album.
Check out our photo album! These lovely pictures were taken at our venue, The Villa at Mountain Lakes, during our "Secrets of a Master Chef" brunch. Executive Chef Joanna DeFrancesco was invited to divulge her tips and tricks in the kitchen, speaker Gina Lang taught us how to "wade successfully through the waves of life," and our new Chairperson Victoria was introduced. It was a fun day for everyone.
